Rate Card and Information Sheet Robert Palmer is a nationally recognized, award-winning Master Craftsman who has been photographing seniors for over 28 years. Here at Palmer’s your satisfaction is our utmost concern and that is why we make sure you get the very highest quality possible. Robert is able to capture expressions that look natural and through his direction your portraits will reflect your personality. Here is additional information that may be helpful: ~ All session fees are prepaid at the time of scheduling. ~ ~ There are no refunds or rescheduling if you miss your appointment, unless 24 hour notice was given … ~ We will discuss clothing, props, etc. at the time of scheduling … ~ No boy/girlfriends are permitted in dressing rooms together. Parents are welcome. If you have any questions, please ask… ~ Fall / Spring split sessions are available; please ask us if you are interested… ~ Our minimum order is $ 199, and a deposit of the same amount is due on the day of your portrait session.. This amount is held as a credit toward any plan ordered ~ Your images will be kept on file for approximately one year, but in order to ensure current rates, ordering everything you need at once is advised. Although we handle all of our files most carefully, we do not accept any liability for lost or misplaced files after your initial order is placed. ~ All images are viewed by digital presentation. There are no proofs ~ ~ Your portrait images will be ready for your viewing 7-10 business days after your photography session. This appointment can be scheduled in advance or after you are photographed. It is important to call the studio and schedule this appointment as soon as your schedule allows. Please bring one or both of your parents with you at the appointed time to place your order. Wallets ( 2 x 3 ) will be delivered in wallet boxes, 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 portraits are delivered in gift folders, 8 x 10 portraits are mounted on artboard. ~ Your portrait order will be ready 4 - 6 weeks from the order date.

CLASS OF 2008 Yearbook Express Session Palmer’s Studio Yearbook Express Session includes : ( Yearbook Photo and Portrait Package Photo are the same pose ) *A “Portrait Page” may be composed of 1 - 8 X 10, or 2 – 5 X 7’s, or 4 – 4 X 5’s, or 8 – 2 X 3’s The selection of your portrait order will be immediately after the photography session. Extra Portrait pages are available at $ 50 per page. Senior Specials do not apply to this package. Add extra poses for $ 20.00 each Yearbook Express Session ~ $ 150.00 Full payment of Session Fee is prepaid at the time of scheduling |
